Ken is a certified Business Coach, Organization Development specialist and NSPS trainer with more than 25 years domestic and international experience. He is certified in Enneagram, MBTI and DISC and also trained as a One Coach Business Coach. He specializes in organization development (OD), strategic planning, instructional design, leadership and management development, core competencies, performance management, and training & facilitation programs.
