About Coach Ken
Ken Sergi is the Principal of Sergi Coaching & Consulting, who brings unique talents & diverse experiences to provide a broad range of client services.
As a Business Coach, Ken brings more than 25 years of diverse local and international experience that business, visionaries and individuals trust to help achieve amazing success. He has helped small to mid-size business, and has managed large scale organizational shifts for Fortune 500 companies.
He is currently one of the senior National Security Personnel System NSPS trainers for the U.s. Department of Defense (DOD) to shift the civilian workforce into a pay-for-performance system from GS, which he started in 2006.
The success he brings to business has been highlighted in magazines such as Information Week and Training Technology. Some of his clients include StarPoint, Itech Expert, Kerry Candles, Acucorp, Case Corporation, Cisco Systems, U.S. Department of Treasury – Bureau of Census, and the Department of Defense (DOD). He helped to design the work flow, performance management and training programs for the largest mobilization of human resources in U.S. history within a matter of month at the 2000 U.S. Census. As a Sr. Team Leader he helped lead the design and implementation teams that installed the first automated medical systems as U.S. military hospitals worldwide (AQCESS & CHCS).
Ken now specializes in helping small to mid-size businesses unlock their potential. His background in organization development and adult learning is enhanced by his training and certification as a professional certified coach. He is a certified Enneagram Business Trainer from Bogda & Associates and a graduate of New Ventures West. His business coaching, leadership and team programs are systemic to facilitate integral change and achieve long-term breakthrough results.
Ken's approach can incorporate diagnostic assessments. Training and group seminars are customized to meet specific objectives. From assessing strengths, goal setting, communication skills, and facilitation, results are targeted and achieved quickly. Managers and leaders will be much more effective and influential.
